Aquarius Navigational Rally
27/28th January

Supplementary Regulations are now live and entries now open, for the 2018 Aquarius Navigational Rally and Aquarius Clubman Navigational Rally on the night of 27/28 January 2018.

The rally will feature approx 110 miles of the finest lanes in Fife, on OS Map 59, based out of the historic county town of Cupar. With a "no nonsense" pre-plot navigational format, and a smooth-surface route designed to enable standard unmodified road cars to compete, we aim to encourage newcomers to night events, whilst still providing experienced crews with a rewarding night's sport (and a well-earned breakfast!).

Marshals will also be made very welcome, and we'll do our best to give you a great night's sport. We offer a free breakfast for all marshals manning two controls, hand warmers, and you'll also receive free associate GMSC membership for 2018. If you would like to help out on the night, please contact Assistant Chief Marshal Bill Creevy at bill.creevy@glenrothes-msc.com

February 2017
If our Club and our Motorsport is to survive

2017 is the year in which things will change for rallying events in the UK.

Since the tragic circumstances on the 2014 Jim Clark Rally and the 2013 Snowman Rally, all such rallying events are all now subject to more MARSHALLING regulations.

Unfortunately turning up at an event, and signing on as you have done for years, is no longer available.

The MSA has not introduced this in order to make your life difficult, it is to improve the skills and the image of motorsport within Scotland.

We would like every SDMC member, driver, navigator, auto tester, hill climber or whatever your flavour of motorsport to take some time out to perform a simple online MSA training process.

>FAQ & Work Instructions<

>Start the online registration process here<

All clubs are being encouraged do this please do not let our Scottish motorsport community down. Our sport and our future events will not proceed if we do not help each other.

Our most urgent marshal requirement is for the Snowman Rally on the 18th February.
If you have not completed the online training please still come along, you will be “buddied-Up” with a competent Marshal.
There will be opportunities to car share.
